BAR account troubleshooting and bug reporting

What to do when account login fails, how to find help channels, and where to report game bugs.

Account login issues

If you created an account but get incorrect password messages on login, that is usually an activation or password sync issue. Ask for support in the designated help channels on the BAR Discord. The community is quick to point you to the right people for account recovery.

Reporting game bugs

BAR tracks bugs and issues through GitHub repositories. Lobby and launcher problems go to the BYAR-Chobby issues page. Game-level bugs go to the Beyond-All-Reason issues page. Engine issues go to the SpringEngine repository. Use the right repository for your bug type so developers see it faster.

Getting learning support

The #bar-academy channel on Discord has mentors who answer questions regularly. The #bar-questions channel is available around the clock. Asking in either channel gets you answers from experienced players.
