How to see which builders are idle in BAR

Idle constructors waste buildpower and slow your economy. BAR widgets can surface which constructors are sitting idle so you stop bleeding metal from unused buildpower.

What idle builders cost you

Every constructor sitting idle is buildpower you are funding with metal but not actually spending. The community widget system calculates surplus BP and displays it numerically. When you see that surplus number climbing, something is not building that should be.

How the idle visibility works

Idle builder widgets track which constructors are inactive. A commander unit alone carries roughly 1250 metal value, so an idle commander represents significant unused capacity. The widget shows this in a color-coded readout where green means good utilization and red flags problems.

The time-you-are-behind metric translates idle BP into seconds lost, giving you a concrete number for how much further ahead you would be if all your builders were active.
