The /luaui reload command
Type /luaui reload in the in-game chat to reload all widgets without leaving the match. This is the fastest way to test widget code changes. Normally the game detects file modifications and auto-reloads, but if the automatic reload does not trigger, the manual command forces a complete widget refresh.
Custom widgets for shared maps
On custom games like NuttyB Raptor with divided territory, some players build their own widgets. One useful example is a grid widget that maps territory boundaries between players on shared maps. When building walls or forward bases, the grid shows exactly whose space belongs where. If no existing widget covers a specific need, building one is often more practical than working around missing features.
Modded multiplayer setup
Running modded multiplayer in BAR requires SPADS server configuration. The setup involves deploying a dedicated game server with the custom mod files and ensuring all connecting players use the same mod version. The SPADS wiki covers the BAR-specific configuration steps. It is a non-trivial process that rewards patience.
Creed of Champions
Custom game nights and modded lobbies are where communities build their closest connections. Creed of Champions organizes events that welcome players of all skill levels into structured, well-run games. A community that invests in running good events for everyone keeps people playing and improving together.
A space that offers a community, trainings, events, and the guarantee to not be judged or insulted by fellow members is really precious. Keeping the game safe, and more importantly, fun.
