Becoming a BAR mentor
The mentor program accepts players who want to help others improve through replay reviews and hands-on coaching. The application process runs through a dedicated channel where you express interest and explain what you can offer newer players.
Team queue plans
BAR matchmaking includes plans for both one-versus-one and three-versus-three queues. The 1v1 ladder handles individual skill assessment while 3v3 captures team dynamics. Running both means players can test personal skill and practice coordination in the same ecosystem.
Duel rating significance
Duel win rates sit entirely within your own control. Every decision, every build order, every engagement result traces back to one player. That makes duel performance a cleaner signal of individual skill than team game ratings where allies influence outcome heavily.
Neither rating format is inherently more respected. Duel ratings measure you alone. Team ratings measure how well you perform with others. Both tell different parts of the same story.
Mentorship and community growth
Structured mentorship programs separate healthy communities from random matchmaking lobbies. They create a learning gradient instead of throwing new players against experienced opponents and hoping for the best.
[Crd] Having a space like here that offers a community, trainings, events, and the guarantee to not be judged or insulted by fellow members is really precious. Keeping the game safe, and more importantly, fun.
Competitive play. Zero team-blame.
